Plot: Bhola (Mohan Joshi), to take revenge against injustices inflicted by Thakur Jagjit Singh (Shakti Kapoor), becomes known as Bhootraaj and terrorizes his tormentor. In return Thakur rapes Bhola’s daughter. Bhola then turns his own granddaughter, Kamini (Poonam Das Gupta), into a blood drinking witch.
Years later, Thakur’s son (Kiran Kumar), along with a few other relatives, moves into the family mansion, which is currently being explored by two goondas (Deepak Shirki and Rammy Reddy) who are looking for a hidden treasure. Before long, people start dying.
